Baby girl #2, affectionately known as Sister Potter (as per her older sister E’s insistence), is approximately 75% of the way done baking. In other words, we have about 70 days/10 weeks left until her arrival (give or take) and after my earlier post, I figured I needed to focus on something a little less depressing.
So, we have about 2 months and a couple of weeks left. At the moment, she is about the length of a cucumber (in the land known as bring-your-prize-winning-produce-to-the-fair-for-a-blue-ribbon-ville) and weighs somewhere between 2.5 and 4 lbs. I, on the other hand, weigh a hell of a lot more than that. I have gained about 15 lbs total, which is a lot less than I had gained at this point with E (in fact, that’s about how much I gained with E in the first 8 weeks), but at the same time, I don’t weigh that much less than I did at the same point in the pregnancy with E (ugh).
